How does the outsource payroll service work?
We tailor our services to suit your needs and to minimise your resource requirements. All you have to do is forward any payroll changes to us either on a template that is designed specifically for your business or grant us access to your timekeeping/payroll system and leave the rest to us.
Our global award winning specialists take care of registering your business as an employer, entering your periodic details, updating amendments to employee details, calculating the correct amount of PAYE, PRSI and USC as well as any other deductions (e.g. PRSA’s, Pensions, Union Dues, BIK, Share Options, etc.) or additions (e.g. bonus, expenses, holiday pay, public holiday entitlements, etc.) for each payroll period.
We can arrange transfer of funds from anywhere in the world to your employee bank accounts, give you the breakdown of payments by cheque, or if you prefer, we can provide you with a detailed cash requirement summary. At Paycheck Plus we file your P30′s, P45′s and P35 (year end details) to the Revenue Commissioners through the ROS (Revenue On-Line Service) and take care of registering your starters and leavers (P45s). Will I still be in control of my Payroll?

Before we finalise the transfer of any funds to employee bank accounts, we require confirmation from you that you are happy for us to proceed.
