Customer Payroll Challenge:
The payroll was processed by a Central Office in the UK for the Irish and UK operations. The ever-changing legislation and calculations made it difficult for personnel in the UK to stay on top of everything and the company felt that they lacked the expertise of a local payroll bureau.
